FAULTY

If you receive your box and find it to be faulty we will of course supply a replacement box, please do email us at info@satbox4u.com . If you find your box to be faulty within 7 days of receiving your purchase there will be no extra cost to you. If it is after the 7 days that you find your purchase to be faulty you will be required to pay the return postage once your box has been tested by us. We do always advise that you allow up to 14 days as all boxes do need to be tested before confirming faulty. Upon completing testing an email will be sent to you notifying you of this. Please also note that remote controls are not under any warranty. If your item is found not faulty by our team, you will also be required to pay a £15 return shipping charge.Please make sure to contact us regarding any faulty products and returns before sending your box. When returning your box please be careful to include all purchase and contact details but do not tape these to the box in any way. Where possible please include any emails regarding this matter. If you do not include these details it will delay the return of your box. Please include all accessories that were received with the box ALL NON FAULTY GOODS WILL ONLY QUALIFY FOR A 75% REFUND

EXCHANGE

If you receive your box and would like to exchange it for a box of a lower or higher value do contact us at info@satbox4u.com . If the box you would like to exchange for is of a higher value you will need to pay the extra to upgrade to that box. Please do return your box in the condition it was received. If your box is returned in a lesser condition than received and can no longer be sold as new there will be a fee charged. This will depend on the condition of your return. As your exchange is at no fault of SatBox4U you will be required to pay the return postage. We do advise that you allow up to 14 days as all returned boxes are tested, upon testing you will be contacted at your email address and invoiced for the return postage and any fee or upgrade cost applicable.

REFUNDS

If your box is found faulty or unsuitable at the fault of SatBox4U please do email us at info@satbox4u.com . We do only offer exchanges on purchases made at SatBox4U.Refunds WILL NOT be given for any software based issues.

WARRANTY

 All products sold by SATBOX4U come with a 12 month standard warranty (unless otherwise stated) 
from the date of purchase as long as products have NOT been modified, altered, enhanced
or had SOFTWARE NOT supported by the manufacturer placed on that particular box
                                                                                    

Please do not return your purchase without contacting our team first at info@satbox4u.com . We do advise that you send all returns via a track able service. If your return does go missing in transit, it is up to the customer to trace the missing return. SatBox4U do not take responsibility for any returns missing in transit.
